We make use of Tableau, power BI and other cloud analytic software to create dashboards and reports which improve the day to day operations of our end user. Dashboards for SLT
Using Tableau, we connected a database so we could create dashboards for resource utilisation across major projects. We were able to design and export the report monthly to be included in the SLT deck. A second dashboard highlighted which directorates did not have full resource allocation and identified how many of those were recruited in the last 30 days.
Recruitment Leakage
Our client found that lots of applicants did not complete the recruitment process. We analysed the steps in the process, asked for feedback from candidates and compared to other industry competitors. The result drove changes to standardised job descriptions, salary expectations versus market value and changes to the UI to speed up the application process.
Root Cause Analysis
We have helped clients on a number of occasions to perform root cause analysis when issues arise. Typically, this will be the first task to initiate a set of deliverables and outline the scope of work.
Engagement Heatmap
Identifying who is accessing web pages across continents to measure engagement. This helped our client validate and identify that their targeted advertisements were converting into site visits in real time.
Supplier Review
Our client wanted to know which suppliers they were spending the most with over a 5 year period. They also wanted to know of the locations of their top suppliers to see if they were supporting local businesses. This drove encouragement for local business partners to bid for work and engagement from our client online to promote.
Comparative Analysis
Tasked with the same query as internal analysts to compare results. Reviewing database queries, extract and manipulating data to compare output and suggestive next steps.
